Instant health scoring across 6 dimensions (smoking, alcohol, physical activity, diet, sleep, mental wellbeing)
Optional account creation to save results and track progress over time
Anonymous usage with local browser storage (no account required)

What We Are NOT:

A substitute for professional medical advice
A diagnostic tool
Affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS
A licensed healthcare provider

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Service.
